Open Positions:

SWF Sign Post Installer:

Sign Traker is a real estate sign post installation company. Applicants looking to apply should note that there are physical requirements to this position such as repetitive lifting 20-50 lbs, using post hole digger to properly bury the bottom of the post, able to perform this function 10-15 jobs a day. Must have clean driving history and be able to pass a background check.

Client care coordinators:

Eligible candidates must be proficient with:

Data Entry
Customer Service
Answering high volume of calls
Basic computer knowledge
This position is the “first point of contact” for customers. Responsible for scheduling inspections and providing customer service at a very high level.

Marketing Sales Representative:

Weekly visits to real estate offices, informing agents about services. Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents. Scheduling Lunch & Learn meetings at real estate offices, following up with emails and phone calls daily. Attending sponsored events requires some night and weekend hours. Marketing sales representatives are given bonus incentives for successfully acquiring sales meetings. Company vehicle provided within 6 months of successful job completion to individuals who have a clean driving history. On-the-job training is provided.

Licensed Home Inspectors:

Must be licensed in the State of Florida

Full Time Inspectors perform 1-3 inspections daily

Part Time Inspectors perform 1-3 inspections daily (on the days you want to work)

Must be available 2 Saturdays a month

Must belong to InterNachi

Position is paid commissions at a rate of 30-35%

No Marketing, No Scheduling, we take care of everything but the inspection
